P-CAM Audit: Continuous performance for physical asset management

The participant will be fully proficient in the use of the P-CAM audit tool to assess the actual situation of the organization/company in regard to the asset management strategies, culture and performance.

He goes beyond the simple theory, to apply the lessons learned to his own context of operation, through workshops especially designed to self-appropriate the fundamental principles.

This training is for people involved or having an interest in the management of physical assets, operational excellence or maintenance engineering, and looking for a new perspective.

Methodology: Through presentations, workshops and analytical exercises, the participant becomes familiar with the fundamental concepts, so that he can establish a durable continuous improvement process to develop Performance-Centered Asset Management strategies.

• 1 audit tool, with standardized scale, graphics, password protected and adaptable to your operational context
• 1 audit procedure in Word, adaptable to your operational context

Quality assurance: Training review to be completed after the session.

Assessment of the knowledge acquired by the participant : Quiz with a passing score of 80%, following each lecture.
