P-CAM Approach: Holistic, simple and sustainable

To understand the approach to Performance-Centered Asset Management and the elements that make it holistic, simple and sustainable.

The participant will have an overview of the P-CAM Approach to industrial performance through Global Sustainability: People Planet Profit.

This training is for people involved or having an interest in the management of physical assets, operational excellence or maintenance engineering, and looking for a new perspective.

Methodology: Through presentations, the participant sees the cornerstones of the approach to Global Sustainability, using continuous improvement concepts to develop Performance-Centered Asset Management strategies.
– Presentations (95%), analysis exercises (5%)

Outcome: The participant will understand the main components of the Performance-Centered Asset Management approach and the opportunity of becoming a Certified Asset Management-Leader (CAM-L).

Content: This training session includes;
– 1 enthusiastic and passionate trainer who knows how to popularize to transmit knowledge, tools, concepts and above all, know-how
– 5 lectures, followed by a quiz to assess the knowledge learned and stimulate thinking
– 1 participant manual, including the full presentation, the P-CAM process, definitions and references used

Quality assurance: The training review is to be completed after the session.

Assessment of the knowledge acquired by the participant: Quiz with a passing score of 80%, following the last lecture.
